File your taxes from the comfort of your own home or office.  With our new digital concept, it only takes a few clicks to get the task handled.  We've outlined the steps below - please take a moment to read it through before getting started.

Step 1: Request a portal link.

Request a link to our secure online portal. Simply fill in your contact information in the form below and click submit.  Once we receive your request, we will create a personalized, secure link just for you.  This link will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your request. If you have not received your link after the 48 hours have passed, please submit a new request or send us an email. Be sure to check your spam folder. The portal link will come from no-reply@securefilepro.com.

Thanks for submitting a request for a link to the secure online portal.  You will receive a personalized link emailed to you within 48 hours.

The portal link email will include a pre-set user name and a link to create a password.  Keep this login information handy, as you will need it to access your dedicated portal throughout the process.

Step 2: Upload your documents.

Uploading your documents is easy, safe & secure!  Simply log in to the portal & upload all your documents. We'll get notification once you've uploaded - so no need to follow up.  Once we receive your documents, we'll get to work!  Please watch your email - if we have questions or need more documents, we will contact you.

​Routine Documents (for taxpayer & spouse)

  • Government-issued Identification (i.e. Drivers License, Passport or State-issued ID)

  • All income documents (i.e. W2s & 1099s)

  • Gambling winnings (W2-Gs)

  • Mortgage interest statement (1098)

  • Student loan interest statement (1098)

  • Tuition statement (1098T)

  • Final closing title document for home purchase or refinance

  • Child Care Statement (Caregiver's name, EIN/SSN, address, dollar amount paid per child)

  • List of donations (include receipts or statements if available)

    • Cash/Check (need date, dollar amount & organization name)​

    • Non-cash/Goods (need date, value & organization name)

  • 1095-A (Health Insurance Marketplace Statement, if applicable)

  • Any other tax documents. Not sure? Send it and we'll review it.

NEW Documents - 2021

  • Notice 1444-C (EIP 3 - 2021 Stimulus Payment) OR proof of deposit amount(s)

  • IRS Letter 6419 (taxpayer AND spouse)

Step 3: Sign & Pay.

Once your tax return is complete, you will receive an email notification letting you know your refund amount or balance due to the IRS.  If you have any questions or concerns regarding these amounts, now is the time to inquire.  Simply reply to this email with any questions and we will be happy to assist.

Next, you will receive a Docu-Sign email with a few documents that need to be reviewed & signed by both the taxpayer and spouse (if applicable).  Once we receive these completed forms, we will send you an invoice for tax preparation with a link to submit payment securely online. Once your invoice has been paid, your return will be electronically submitted to the IRS and a digital copy will be returned to you via the secure online portal. Please save a copy of this document for your records. If you require a printed paper copy of your tax return, please indicate this on the document delivery form in the Docu-Sign process. 

That's it. You've just successfully filed your taxes from the comfort of your own home.
